Spiral belts for dewatering, drying, screening and filtration: The spiraled continuous screens are optionally manufactured from round or flat wires (polyester or PPS). Depending on the respective requirement, we produce the seamless belts filled or unfilled and with antistatic, dirt-repellent or enhanced abrasion-resistant properties.
Metal mesh belts can be used in all industrial processes. Whether steel mesh, stainless steel mesh or special alloys, the material depends on the specific application. Metal mesh belts can be high-temperature-resistant, abrasion-resistant, highly robust or chemically resistant.
Synthetic mesh belts are suitable for virtually all industrial processes. They are matched precisely to the respective application in terms of their material (polyester, PPS, PEEK or PA) and weave. In particular, synthetic mesh belts offer advantages in processes such as dewatering.
Hybrid mesh belts for nonwoven thermobonding are particularly well-suited to processing high loft nonwovens in double-belt dryers. The belts consist of fiberglass or special plastics in the running direction and of a metallic weft in the transverse direction. Furthermore, the glass hybrid mesh has non-stick properties while the plastic hybrid mesh (Duofil) offers a high degree of lateral stability.
Due to their anti-friction properties, bronze mesh belts for nonwoven thermobonding are often used in double-belt dryers – as both the upper and lower belt. The warp wires are made of bronze, while the weft wires consist of steel or stainless steel.
