Maturing

GKD process belts are used in many sectors, including the chemical industry. The vulcanization of rubber profiles, foam materials and composites is performed using conveyor belts made of standard or special heat-resistant stainless steel.

Highly heat-resistant materials are interwoven to create a smooth surface. A low-marking fabric design and seam construction are the key requirements here. The high chemical and physical loads require the use of materials/alloys that are optimally matched to the respective process in combination with the mesh design.
