    Employee PQS / Process Management with focus on auditing (M/F/D)

    GKD – Gebr. Kufferath AG is one of the world’s leading metal weaving companies with its innovative products. Decades of experience in the production of woven metal and plastic fabrics as well as a consequent market and Customer orientation with almost 900 employees worldwide are the basis of our success in the business areas of “Industrial mesh”, “Process belts” and “Architecture and Design”.

    We are looking for an employee PQS / Process Management with focus on auditing (m/w/d) to the next possible date.

    GKD has been certified according to the ISO quality, environmental and energy standards for several years. The goal of such certification is not only the seal of quality itself and the associated external recognition, but above all it offers companies the opportunity to optimise their own processes with the help of internationally recognised standards and to have them regularly evaluated by an independent party. This contributes significantly to the overall performance and efficiency of the company.

    The performance of our own, but also external processes are the cornerstone of our actions. Based on our own goals and strategy, we analyse existing processes, uncover weaknesses and thus secure our supply chain. We identify potential for improvement and ask questions that perhaps no one has asked so far.

As an employee in the audit department, you will have the opportunity to get to know our processes at first hand and thus lay the foundation for a successful career in the company. Together with a team, you will plan and conduct audits on your own responsibility and be responsible for implementing the measures developed.

    Your tasks

    • Anchoring Business Process Management (BPM) in the corporate culture worldwide
    • Ensuring the successful implementation of strategic change initiatives in the organization with a focus on process modeling and optimization
    • Establishment of a globally standardized process map as a company-wide management tool
    • Process analysis and optimization as well as implementation of methods and concepts from the areas of Lean and Agile Management
    • Maturity analysis of processes through audits and evaluation of possible risk potentials related to the project/the entire organization
    • Preparation of reports and decision bases
    • Knowledge transfer from & to the international sites and driving best practice within the company

    Your profile

    • A completed master’s or diploma degree in business administration, humanities or technology (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering, quality management, business informatics), preferably supplemented by certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (m/f/d) (CIA).
    • Sound knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001/14001/50001, IATF)
    • At least 4-5 years of professional experience in quality management with auditor activities in a global environment
    • Expertise in leading cross-functional international projects with a focus on quality and process management
    • Mastery of problem solving techniques and methodological competencies such as Six Sigma in quality management
    • High IT affinity, confident handling of MS-Office as well as systems such as ERP, MES, DMS, Q-Software
    • Strong conceptual and implementation skills, hands-on mentality, holistic thinking, good communication skills and team orientation
    • Mastery of problem-solving techniques and methodological competence such as Six Sigma in quality management
