Employee PQS / Process Management with focus on processes (M/F/D)

We are looking for an employee PQS / Process Management with focus on processes (m/w/d) to the next possible date.
The performance of our own and external processes is the cornerstone of our actions. Oriented to our own goals and strategy, we analyze existing processes, uncover weaknesses and thus secure our supply chain. The qualitative analysis of existing operations processes and the initiation of improvement measures in cooperation with subject matter experts as well as ensuring successful implementation and sustainable evaluation is essential. With the help of data analysis, we identify potential for improvement and ask questions that perhaps no one has asked before. The analysis and multifaceted development of processes – extends from concepts for the redesign, optimization of existing processes – with a high degree of harmonization and standardization – in terms of cost, quality and time, to the derivation and successful implementation as well as training.
To achieve this, we need committed and motivated employees, whom we support in the long term. As an employee in the Process Optimization department, you will have the opportunity to get to know our processes at first hand, to actively help shape their further development, and thus to lay the foundation for a successful career in the company. Together with a team, you will create concepts for optimization, introduce new methods and tools, and be responsible for implementing the developed potential for improvement.
Your tasks
- Anchoring Business Process Management (BPM) in the corporate culture worldwide
- Ensuring the successful implementation of strategic change initiatives in the organization with a focus on process modeling and optimization
- Establishment of a globally standardized process map as a company-wide management tool
- Participation in strategic projects (e.g. global implementation of ERP / MES system)
- Consideration and use of new technologies from the field of Industry 4.0
- Formulation of clear project goals and milestones and responsibility for on-time and on-budget project implementation
- Process analysis and optimization as well as implementation of methods and concepts from the areas of Lean and Agile Management
- Preparation of reports and basis for decision making
- Driving knowledge transfer from & to the international sites and best practice in the company
Your profile
- A completed master’s or diploma degree in business administration, humanities or technology (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering, quality management, business informatics)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in process and project management in an internationally active industrial or consulting company
- Expertise in leading cross-functional international projects with a focus on quality and process management
- Profound knowledge of management systems (ISO, IATF)
- Mastery of problem solving techniques and methodological competence such as Six Sigma in quality management
- High IT affinity, confident handling of MS-Office and systems such as ERP, MES, DMS, Q-Software
- Strong conceptual and implementation skills, hands-on mentality, holistic thinking
