Employee personnel development (M/F/D)

We are looking for an employee for personnel development (m/f/d) for our location in Düren to the next possible date.
Your tasks
- Conception, co-design and implementation of operational and strategic PE measures both nationally and Internationally
- Further development and use of various PE instruments (succession planning, talent management, change management)
- Management of organizational development and support of transformation processes towards an agile innovation culture
- Systematic identification of training and qualification needs nationally and internationally
- Planning, organization and evaluation of workshops, seminars, trainings
- Design and implementation of digital systems for competence development, potential analyses, recruiting and management development
- Collaboration on international HR projects and implementation of online learning systems
Your profile
- Successfully completed (Master’s) degree with relevant focus (HR / personnel development) or comparable training
- Relevant and general professional experience in an industrial company in the field of HR / personnel development as well as training and further education
- Several years of experience in the areas of leadership development, talent identification and succession planning as well as development of digital learning content
- High expertise in digital tools and solutions
- Very good and proven knowledge of modern HR development tools
- Sound project management experience, agile and hands-on mentality
- Passion, empathy and the unconditional will to develop people further
- Friendly and professional appearance as well as strong customer and service orientation
- Strong communication skills and feedback culture as well as high IT affinity
- Very good written and spoken English
